The initial consultation serves as an essential first step in the design process. During this meeting, we will explore your ideas and vision for your space. From there, we create a comprehensive scope of work to help establish the project budget and timeline. During this initial consultation, sharing inspiration photos is highly encouraged. They provide valuable insight into your style and design preferences, helping us bring your vision to life.

Our next step involves taking precise measurements of the areas we’ll be working on. Then we begin designing your space by spatial planning, creating design schemes, selecting fixtures and picking materials. A design meeting will be scheduled to present the preliminary design concept and ensure alignment with your vision.

Once the design concept is approved, we schedule walkthroughs of your project with our network of vetted tradespeople and/or your contractor to gather comprehensive estimates.

The design is further refined until every detail unique to your project is perfected. A finalized design is then presented, featuring the final selections for textiles, finishes, furniture, and more.

Once the final design is approved, the Oakmoss team works diligently to execute product orders, fabricate custom items, and schedule tradespeople to bring your space’s design to life.
